On the 5th November 2024 we held our third Inclusion Summit at the Indigo at the O2 Arena. The range of stories, experiences and voices of inclusion shared throughout the day was a true source of inspiration.

We were thrilled to welcome over 700 delegates from organisations across Hospitality, Travel, Leisure and Retail, creating a vibrant energy as we explored that year's theme, 'Measuring the Business Impact of Inclusion.'
