No, you do not need to bring your Eventbrite tickets. We will have names on the guest list and check you in, and give you a summit badge at registration but please bring your photo ID with you.

Registration starts at 8:30am. Please arrive on time to be processed and receive your delegate badge. We’re expecting 600 people so it could get busy. Registration will be processed alphabetically by first name.

Yes, all catering is provided. You will be served breakfast items with tea and coffee on arrival, morning coffee break, lunch and an afternoon coffee break.

Yes, the venue is accessible. If you have made us aware of any accessibility requirements we will ensure you have reserved seating for yourself plus a colleague. Please let us know if you haven't already at team@wihtlanddir.com.

Unfortunately there are no assigned changing rooms. You are able to use facilities (toilets) at the Hilton either outside of the ballroom or on level minus 1.
